Goals of the project
The farmers need support in educating the consumer about the importance of sustainability, knowledge about products and seasons, and how to use products.
By starting our message with the innovators and communicating from here, we create a trend that penetrates the masses and the average consumer. We do this through connecting with the work of these innovators and trendsetters.
Focus on diversity
The producers use product diversity to protect themselves against economic fluctuations. Upgrading residual flows would protect them even more. This can also support the communication with the consumer.
Diversity of culinary identity
When we present a wide range of products, we promote the biodiversity of the Belgian region, together with diversity of preparations and flavors. This reinforces the culinary identity of the area and the understanding of the natural cohesion of products.
